A 45-minute Online Course

Learn to hike safely and confidently!

I created this course because it's something I would have loved when I was dreaming about hiking but didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about planning, preparing, or packing - but I knew it was for me. I intuitively knew I'd feel more grounded and whole if I could spend more time on the trail, and I was right.

This guide is your starting point for backcountry hiking. Hiking carries inherent risks, so I recommend starting small and hiking with someone experienced as you build strength and confidence. I was once in your shoes, so I know you can do it.

Looking forward to connecting with you there!
